My name is Andrew and for 28 years I served with the Lancashire Constabulary.
Since retiring as a Superintendent in 2010 I have spent the last five years participating in the local community in many ways, including being the interfaith advisor for the Bishop of Blackburn.
I care about Lancashire and the people who live here, and I believe that as your Police and Crime Commissioner I will make it a safer and better place to live and work.
