I believe my experience will connect with the wide range of concerns that people in Hampshire have. And by empathising with people, I will also bring essential experience in turning this understanding into action as your Police and Crime Commissioner.
I'm married to Alison, who is a teacher. We have two sons, and a grandson. My life revolves around family and a career in public service, with 30 years in the Royal Navy, two years in Local Government, and four more as an elected Borough Councillor.
And so if elected as your Police and Crime Commissioner, I will not only work hard to represent you and your priorities, but bring the necessary skills, experience and a track record of success to work with the right people to make change a reality.
