My name is Alison and I have dedicated myself to public service for most of my life. From a humble background I made the most of the opportunities available to me - working hard at grammar school, getting a degree in Sociology at University and then pursuing a career in Marketing.
I have conducted various community and poltical campaigns, which have received local, regional and national attention. Having run a business consultancy, in which I trained the police and criminal justice agencies in project management, I have a strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
With determination and focus, I know that I can be a strong and effective voice for the community of Devon and Cornwall and I will dedicate my efforts to making the area a safer, and better place to live.
