My name is Phillip and I am a local businessman - the founder and senior partner of Seccombes, Chartered Surveyors, in South Warwickshire since 1988.
In the past, I have been a partner at Chestertons as well as a partner at Edwards, Bigwood & Bewlay. Before that, I was surveying and Farming in South Africa.
I hope very much to be Warwickshire's Police and Crime Commissioner, and in that role I will bring a wealth of community and political work, having been a Councillor for Stratford-on-Avon District Council since 2002, and a Cabinet Member for three years and a representative of the West Midlands Regional Assembly also for three years.
Currently I am also an Honorary Colonel of the Warwickshire & Worcestershire Yeomanry, Joint Chariman of the Warwickshire Army Benevolent Fund Committee, a trustee of Two Charitable Trusts 1990 and a school governor.
